Notes
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
- All registrations and social tickets must be accompanied by full payment.
- A credit card transaction fee of 3% will be charged for payments made by credit card.
- Your credit card statement will show the payment to Composition Ltd (who process the registration fees).
- An option is available to pay by invoice, noting that:
- If full payment is not received by 05 April 2024, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
- If full payment is not received by 20 May 2024, you may not be admitted to the Congress and debt recovery procedures may be commenced at your cost.
- Shared registrations are not permitted.
Registration cancellation and refund policy
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Congress you are welcome to contact us in writing (apopo@composition.co.nz) to nominate a replacement delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 + GST service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 05 April 2024.
No refunds will be issued after 05 April 2024, unless by arrangement of Āpōpō.
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, accommodation, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
